Orientation Weeks Autumn 2020
Welcome to Lund University and the Orientation Weeks Autumn 2020 for all new international students. At this web page you can buy tickets for events that are organized by the International Desk at Lund University.
During the Orientation Weeks, you will have the chance to learn more about Sweden and Lund, and to make new friends! We are for example organizing hikes in Lund, bike trips to Dalby Nature Reserve and plenty of guided tours. The orientation weeks are filled with fun activities and there is something for everyone! There are many activities in the Orientation Weeks Programme organized not only by the International Desk but also by student organization as well. The programme also includes SUSA classes for some students and meetings with programme coordinators & exchange coordinators. Check your schedule before buying tickets for the events so that you don't miss something mandatory or important! The whole Orientation Weeks Programme can be found here.

The tickets are not refundable.
* A QR code will be sent to you once your purchased is finalized. The QR code works as your ticket for all the events that you have made a purchase for.

International Desk offers you together with LU Accommodation the possibility to pre-buy a bed package. Read more about the bed package under the page tab. The bed package will be sold online on this page until August 18, 18.00 Swedish time. A QR code will be sent to you after your purchase. You use the QR code to pick up your bed package on Arrival Days or at LU Accommodation during their opening hours after Arrival Days.
Health and Safety
Great care has been taken to make sure that the events are in line with the regulations from the Swedish health authorities. The events take place in smaller groups in order to fulfill the regulations. All participants on the activities must:
· Respect the instructions given by staff members, mentors or organisers
· Avoid greeting people with a handshake or hug
· Maintain at least 1.5 meter to other people
· Cough and sneeze into the bend of your arm or into a tissue
· Stay home if you are ill or have mild symptoms of disease such as sore throat, cough, or runny nose
Changes due to Covid-19
Depending on the developments in relation to the coronavirus (Covid-19) and the situation in the second half of August some of the activities might be cancelled or changed. You will get notified via email in case an activity that you have purshased a ticket for get changed or cancel.
