HOW IT WORKS
Nominate a minimum of two candidates from your company (mentor and a mentee). You can apply for max 4 persons to join the mentorship program (2 x mentors, 2 x mentees). To support women's careers, the metee should be a woman. Anyone can be nominated as mentor.
