Maximize your potential sustainably - an inspirational talk by Leila Karchaoui

Pressure, stress and high expectations - both on yourself and others - are steadily increasing in our digitalized, globalized and fast-changing world. How can we find balance in life? What characterizes a sustainable work environment and how can we contribute to creating sustainable results, both privately and at work?

The prevalence of mental health disorders has more than doubled in the last ten years. Approximately one million Swedes are taking antidepressants, and the suicidal rate is five times the number of people who are killed in traffic each year. This is not how it is supposed to be in Sweden, where we have the conditions needed for living healthy, sustainable lives - we exercise more, live the longest, have the best homes, and one of the world's best social security systems.

Leila Karchaoui recently chose to leave the finance world after fifteen years to start working with what she thinks is the most important and urgent question: Helping individuals and organizations in maximizing their potentials in a sustainable way.

When Leila was Head of accounting at Kronans Apotek in 2016, she was nominated for The Female Leaders of the Future. Today, she is a professional speaker, business developer and co-founder of the platform Bygg Broar.

In this speech, Leila will share her private as well as professional lifestory with you. Leila will give you concrete advice on how to manage your time and energy in new ways, and thereby create sustainable results both privately and at work. She will provide you with tools to change your attitudes and behaviour in order to take a step closer to a sustainable lifestyle and leadership. Because we all need to take on a greater responsibility for increasing the human sustainability in our own lives, workplaces and in society as a whole.

The speech will focus on how to:
* Lead yourself and others in a sustainable way
* Manage your time and energy to create sustainable results
* Listen and communicate with the intention of understanding both yourself and others
* Find the balance between expectations and achievements to increase commitment and well-being
* Transfer from an ego perspective to a team perspective
