This year's Nordic HCT conference will be on October 6, with the opportunity to both participate physically at Lindholmen in Gothenburg or online. The conference will report on the latest developments in research, experiences from tests and implementation in the Nordic region. We will also do international outlooks as so much is happening in the rest of Europe. This year will, besides information from each Nordic country, have two sessions one around more efficient transports in cities and one about alternative fuels for heavy vehicles.
We are very happy to tell you that Steve Phillips, Secretary General, CEDR (Europes Road Administrations organisation) and Aurora Garcia de Sandoval, European Commission will speak at this year’s conference.
High Capacity Transport refers to the introduction of vehicles and vehicle combinations with higher capacity than is permitted today. This includes how to make better use of the infrastructure and vehicles by using the opportunities provided by connected vehicles.
All presentations will be in English.
