Essential Clinical Cardiology

Welcome to an online course with a focus on Cardiology!

In this course, some of AniCura’s leading cardiologists will guide you through the essentials of clinical cardiology, from clinical suspicion, to diagnosis and treatment. The course is aimed at veterinarians who want to develop  their knowledge or get updated in clinical cardiology for small animal practice.

During six live and interactive modules, the course will cover the main clinical signs and symptoms motivating a cardiological consultation. Relevant aspects regarding diagnosis and treatment of the most important cardiac diseases will be discussed. To practice interpretation of normal and abnormal auscultation findings, cardiac sounds from clinical cases with different murmurs will be available and discussed during the course. The aim of the course is to learn how to perform a complete cardiological examination in order to get the correct diagnosis in the most adequate and efficient way.
